Breast Surgery

There is perhaps no woman in the world who would completely be satisfied with the shape and size of her breasts. There are women who have mental complex due to their small breasts and on the other end there are women whose big breast is a burden to their lives and causes back pain and other problems.

Therefore we do both the esthetical breast enlargement with the use of the breast implants as well as the size decreasing operations plus breasts modelling.

Breast enlargement

Breast enlargement is done in total anaesthesia. A special implant is put under the mammary gland or under the pectoral muscle (if allowed by the anatomic built). This implant is of anatomical shape of the breast. The access is provided by about 5 cm long cut in the groove under the breast. The produced scar is very gentle and after surgical laser operation practically invisible.

Another possibility of how to insert the implant is under the nipple or from under the armpit. The surgeon suggests these procedures during the consultation before the operation. The results of research done for last 20 years shows that a silicone implant does not produce any risk of breast cancer.

Breast size reduction

Breast size reduction and breast modelling are done by surgery in total anaesthesia. There is a surgical cut lead downwards from the teat. Through this surgical cut the structure and shape of the mammary gland is remodelled. The excessive gland, sub-dermal tissue and excessive loose skin are then removed. Post-surgery scars have the shape of a ring around teat and a line downwards to the groove under the breast. With larger remodelled the scar could have a shape of an anchor.

Post-surgery scars are possible to be removed by a laser so as to be as little visible as possible and esthetically perfect. The details of the surgery will be consulted with  the patient during a mandatory consultation.
