Varicosity causes pressure in the limbs plus it is visible and often comes up to the surface of the skin. However treatment of the varicose veins is not important for the patient from the esthetic point of view but mainly because of health reasons. Varicose veins are often painful and the areas where they develop are susceptible of inflammation. Plus when care is neglected there could easily develop thrombosis or crus ulcer with all their accompanying dangers.

Operation in total anaesthesia
By the endoscope invagination technique we are able of solve the most advanced state of varicosity. Into the vein channel we insert a special string onto which the vein gets attached and by a fine technique called invagination the vein is pulled out. In some cases we choose the technique of laser coagulation of the vein is baked to the inserted string and then pulled out. After the procedure it gets absorbed by itself. The advantage of this technique is its less aggressivity to the surrounding tissue. That means faster healing with smaller bruises and minimal post-surgery complications.
Mini-operation in a special local anaesthesia
Mini-operation in a special local anaesthesia (so-called tumescent anaesthesia) is the cure for a medium stage of the varicose veins. The procedure is completely ambulatory and without hospitalization. We get to the damaged vein by small cuts and by a special technique it gets closed and pulled out or a laser string is inserted onto which the damaged vein bakes. The advantage of this procedure in comparsion to classical methods is the significantly shorter time of disability, lowering the post-surgery pain and especially the incomparably better cosmetic effect. The wounds have the size of only a few millimeters so on the skin they look only as if stuck by a larger sized syringe needle. It is necessary to wear bandaging after the surgery. In 3-week time the patient can return even to active sport.
Injection method of varicose veins cure - SCLEROTISATION
A special chemical substance is injected into the vein which will break up and shrink. Such stuck vein then gradually absorbs itself. An inseparable part of the sclerotisation is compressive bandaging by elastic bandages, compressive stocking or special leg pull-ups. The compression is necessary for eliminating the reverse flow of the blood into the sclerotized vein which could lead to its repeated fill-up. The duration of compression depends on the size of the sclerotized vein but the minimum time is one month. The number of treatment is 2-4 with the between period of 2-6 weeks. Bruises could develop after the operation.
Varicose veins cure using the venous laser Vasculight CDL
Our LLC holds the primacy in the Czech Republic in using of this equipment. The Vasculight venous laser is able to close the varicose vein by the inner burning all the way up to 5 millimeters. It uses the Nd/Yag laser. The advantage of the laser varicose veins treatment is that it is not necessary to wear the strong elastic bandage and that destroying of the veinlets happens about twice as fast.

For the operation of varicose veins in total anaesthesia using IN.SRTIPING technique there is a supplement payment of 15 400 CZK.
For the laser operation of varicose veins in total anaesthesia usingeVLK technique there is a supplement of 21 000 CZK. Hospitalization (in necessary) is in the price of CZK 2 100.
Mini-operation in a special local anaesthesia
For mini-operation in local anaesthesia by STAT technique there is a supplement payment for higher standard treatment 12 600 CZK.
For mini-operation in local anaestheisa by eVLK technique there is a supplement payment for higher standard treatment 15 400 CZK.
Injection method of varicose veins cure - SCLEROTISATION
At the injection sclerotization there is a supplement payment of CZK 1400 to 3 500 depending on the used up material.
Varicose veins cure using the venous laser Vasculight CDL
At the laser sclerotization there is a supplement payment of CZK 2800 to 5 600 for the treatment of one leg for the first time. For the second treatment it is maximum CZK 1400. The price depends on the amount of pulses. The number of necessary procedures is one or two.
