Port Wine Stain
One of the biggest esthetic problem of the skin is the so-called Port Wine Stains. It is an innate defect which happens during intrauterine development of the fetus. On the effected skin area clusters of blood capillaries develop the so-called vascular nevi. Those create red marks of different sizes and shades - from light pink to dark purple.
PWS does not threaten the person in a medical way but it can be a significant esthetic and psychological problem.
Patients suffering from PWS are offered a new type of treatment: A very effective, modern laser technique (Vasculight, N-Lite). Thanks to the technique we are able to make the skin gradually lighter all the way to a normal shade of skin after a series of operations. This is a result of multiple treatments, whose success rate is about 80 - 90%. No other type of treatment is so effective.
Price list:
Price of the procedure is set according to the size and structure of the treated area and is about CZK 3 500 to 5 600 for one procedure. The number of necessary procedures is three to five. With small lesions the tariff price is CZK 1 400 for one treatment.
